• Irvine Grand Merlot Great plummy fruit on both bouquet and palate, with plenty of vinous herbaceous complexities balanced by the judicious use of new oak with older casks.Super Premium Merlot! $83.00AUD per bottle.(Six bottle cartons. Also available in 1.5, 3, and 6 litre bottles in their own individual wooden boxes. POA

• Irvine Merlot Brut A rare and beautiful sparkling red wine. To use Merlot is to show understanding of the elegance that this brings to sparkling wine, complete with it's richness and deep plum like flavour. The unique Brut styling gives added emphasis to both elegance and character of the Merlot $30.00AUD per bottle.(Six bottle cartons)

• Eden Crest Merlot Merlots from Eden Valley vineyards and Barossa, were combined with light French oak maturation to make this premium red wine. This gives a wine of opulence touched with rich aromas and flavours of plums, violets, chocolate and olives. These complexities expand on the palate giving great reward. $22.00AUD per bottle. • Eden Crest Merlot Cabernet In this Merlot Cabernet we look to retain all the best characters of each variety. The plummy, mulberry characters of premium merlot and vibrant leafy lift from a youthful Cabernet give a truly remarkable wine. $22.00AUD per bottle.(One dozen bottle cartons.)

• Eden Crest Zinfandel Merlot After making Zinfandel in Sonoma Valley U.S.A., our daughter Joanne suggested we do so in Eden Valley. Grafting 1.7 acres to Zinfandel, we present our first wine. A little Merlot is used to add fruit and complexity to the lively dark cherry flavours of the Zinfandel. Intensity, firm tannins and a midweight structure give an ideal food wine. As the graftings mature, we expect greater depth in both bouquet and flavour. $17.00AUD per bottle.(One dozen bottle cartons.)

• Eden Crest Unwooded Chardonnay High in the hills above Eden valley, the cool climate, gravel soil and north south rows seem to suit the chardonnay particularly well. At full ripeness we have a distinctive elegance and richness seldom found elsewhere. It is these very attributes that produce the warm, peachy characters to both bouquet and palate that is so enjoyable. $15.00AUD per bottle.(One dozen bottle cartons.)

• Irvine Pinot Meslier In Champagne, the rare Meslier variety is used to give added acidity and liveliness to base wines in warm years. Rare, even in France with just 20 hectares. Our curiousity lead us to produce this very distinctive varieteal sparkling wine. Abundant light flavour, crisp acidity and a touch of floral overtone gives the individual style and character.
